UMBRIA PRIME, Frank DePasquale’s steakhouse, is situated in the heart of Boston’s Financial District just steps away from the waterfront.

This classic steakhouse features exclusively corn and grass-fed, 35-day dry-aged prime CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF that’s seared and finished in a 1,200 degree brick oven leaving the perfect char. UMBRIA PRIME’s kitchen is under the direction of Executive Chef GIANNI CARUSO, with whom DePasquale introduced eleven different a la carte steaks and chops, eight authentic Umbrian pastas, fresh seafood and traditional side dishes, in true American steakhouse tradition.

During the late night hours, UMBRIA PRIME’S third, fourth and fifth floors transform into PRIME THE NIGHT CLUB, a world class club catering to 25+ clientele, featuring an ultra lounge with vodka bar, two spacious dance floors, table service, VIP lounge, plush couches, and some of Boston’s best nightlife events. As a premiere nightlife destination every Friday and Saturday night, the nightclub presents internationally famed DJs spinning a mix of House, Top 40’s and Mashup. Saturday nights, Umbria Prime diners are invited to continue their night on the town with a complimentary $20 admission to PRIME THE NIGHTCLUB.

Reflecting that of a chic yet classic five-story Umbrian villa, PRIME THE NIGHTCLUB is a world-class club catering to choice 25+ clientele. Serving as a premiere nightlife destination, the club hosts internationally famed DJs spinning a mix of House, Top 40’s and Mashup every Friday and Saturday night. Housed in the third, fourth and fifth floors of UMBRIA PRIME, the nightclub features an ultra lounge with vodka bar, two spacious dance floors, a VIP lounge and plush Italian leather couches.

UMBRIA PRIME and PRIME THE NIGHTCLUB feature a vast selection of top shelf spirits, domestic and imported beers, a sophisticated wine list featuring some of the best Californian and European vineyards and an extensive list of specialty martinis and cocktails. PRIMETHE NIGHTCLUB features European table service as well.

Our first class venue offers multifunctional space for you to choose from which can accommodate groups of 10 to 450.

Second Floor Private Dining Room

UMBRIA PRIME offers private dining for up to 85 on the second floor, which provides a sophisticated setting reminiscent of an Umbrian villa. Rustic brick walls, hardwood floors, Italian marble, and oversized windows set a festive mood for luncheons or dinners. The second floor is complete with its own bar, providing space for cocktail receptions before dinner.

Third Floor Ultra Lounge

With its low lighting and sea of soft Italian leather sofas, UMBRIA PRIME'S third-floor provides a hip backdrop for cocktail receptions of up to 130. After recent renovations, the third floor has become popular for seated dinners for up to 80 people, providing a unique, contemporary alternative. We offer guests the luxury of having a seated dinners and provide a lounge area with a full bar for a cocktail reception with a variety of passed hors d’oeuvres all on the same floor. A sophisticated sound system, including a DJ booth, makes UMBRIA PRIME'S Ultra lounge ideal for a variety of special events.

Fourth & Fifth Floor Nightclub

The stairway-connected fourth and fifth floors hold up to 275 people for an evening of cocktails and dancing in UMBRIA PRIME'S state-of-the-art nightclub. Seated dinners of up to 75 people are also an option on the fourth floor and smaller cocktail receptions are well-suited to the fifth floor.
